Your Impact:

As an IT Analyst Benchmarking, you will analyze IT costs, services, and technologies, compare market standards, and develop optimization strategies – thereby contributing to managing digital risks and enabling sustainable IT decisions for business success.

• Cost Analysis: Through the analysis of IT cost structures and cost drivers, you derive well-founded optimization potentials.
• Market Assessment: Based on current IT market developments, you conduct market customary analyses and evaluate price levels.
• Strategy Review: You examine IT strategies, IT organizational structures, and IT processes to identify potential for improvement.
• Financial Management: The design and further development of IT financial management, service portfolios, and billing systems are part of your responsibilities.
• Project Work: In a dynamic team, you actively contribute to client projects and support the expansion of our Benchmarking Practice as well as Business Development.

Your Skillset:

• Successful degree in (Business) Informatics, Financial and Business Mathematics, Statistics, (Business) Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable education.
• Enthusiasm for IT-Benchmarking, IT-Controlling, Cloud-Management (incl. FinOps), IT-Service-Management, IT-Cost-Optimization, IT-Architecture-Assessment, or IT-Vendor-Management.
• Fundamental IT-Management knowledge and a good understanding of the IT service market; analytical strength in complex contexts, complemented by Data Analytics knowledge or experience in building corresponding platforms.
• Experience in agile project work, combined with team spirit, flexibility, and confident use of modern tools like GenAI applications.
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
