Job Description

About Deloitte and the HR Strategy & Transformation Consultant - Partner Matters Role

At Deloitte, we are committed to making a significant impact on society, our clients, and our people. Within Deloitte's Talent department, our business teams advise and collaborate throughout the employee lifecycle for professionals across the business.

We are currently looking to strengthen our Partner Matters team with the addition of a Consultant to provide talent advisory support to the team.

The Challenge

The Firm is dedicated to a differentiation strategy where business, talent, and culture are key levers to achieve our purpose. To support this, the Talent team includes a Partner Matters area, focused on assisting our partners (the highest level of responsibility within the organization) through the changes and priorities required by our transforming context.

This area is also responsible for defining the model and evolving the processes that encompass a partner's lifecycle, with continuous evolution and transformation being crucial for enhancing the partner experience.

  • Hiring – Onboarding: Identifying new partners and supporting the business in showcasing our partnership model, as well as onboarding new partners.
  • Training and Development: Defining and coordinating the training and support plan required by partners based on their role (from their incorporation into the Firm until their retirement).
  • Performance: Designing the model to align with strategic priorities, and coordinating evaluation and objective processes, including their impact on career and compensation decisions.
  • Compensation: Defining the compensation model and executing the process, advising leaders on the best application method, aligned with meritocracy and partnership sustainability premises.
  • Promotion and Succession: Defining priorities and managing promotion, succession, and appointments for key leadership roles within the organization.
  • Partner Experience: Analyzing and improving the partner experience with a transversal vision across various Talent domains.
  • Retirement: Managing and coordinating the partner retirement process, including tributes and recognition events by the Firm.

The Partner Matters area reports to the Firm's governing bodies (Executive Committee and Board of Partners) as ultimate responsible for partners, working in a coordinated and collaborative manner with other Talent areas and departments across the Firm.

The person(s) joining the team will:

  • Participate in the design of initiatives, from strategic reflection to operational processes and the implementation of technological improvements.
  • Interact with senior individuals across all areas of the Firm (from executive committee members, strategy teams, and corporate area leaders – HR Administration, Risk, etc.).
  • Collaborate with various leaders and experts in each corporate Talent area and with the global network, participating in working groups associated with transformational initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
