About the Role

Deloitte, the largest audit and consultancy firm in Denmark with over 3,000 employees, is seeking a new HR & Talent Data & Solutions Specialist. This role focuses on transforming HR through data-driven insights and advanced technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven initiatives across multiple HR domains.
  • Manage and drive project workstreams within a cross-functional program.
  • Collaborate with HR strategy consultants and HR Operations Management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using tools like Alteryx.
  • Ensure timely delivery and high quality of projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive consultant with strong analytical and project management skills. Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, a proven ability to manage projects, strong communication skills, and a background in HR processes are highly valued.
