Role and Responsibilities
As a technical expert in accounting for M&A transactions, you will:
- Research and work on complex accounting matters for business combinations, revenue recognition, and more.
- Identify deal breakers and evaluate industry, financial, and tax risks.
- Review financial models, investment documents, and assist in structuring purchase price adjustments.
- Identify integration and post-transaction transition issues.
- Support divestiture strategy, planning, and execution.
The Team
The M&A team offers comprehensive support for corporate and private equity clients, covering transaction diligence, integration, separation planning, and financing.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree, minimum 5 years US GAAP accounting experience, willingness to travel (up to 25%), and ability to accommodate last-minute travel.Preferred: CPA or CA certification, Masters in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration, and experience with large public accounting firms.
Additional Information
