About the Role

Responsibilities

You will manage the full project lifecycle in technology from kick-off to go-live, coordinate agile squads (Scrum, Kanban), and facilitate ceremonies such as planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives. You will define and monitor product roadmaps, prioritize the backlog based on ROI and strategy, and ensure adherence to development best practices (Git, CI/CD, DevOps).

Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time, deployment frequency), managing technical risks including technical debt and legacy system dependencies, and acting as the bridge between technical (engineering, data) and business areas (product, marketing). You will also apply agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) or hybrid models (agile + waterfall) as required by the project.

Work Arrangement

The role follows a Digital Workplace model with a hybrid work format (remote and in-person). In the Tax & Legal team, there is an expectation to work on-site three times a week either at Deloitte offices or client locations.
