Role Overview

Deloitte is seeking a File Reviewer - Pensions & Investments to join a high-quality team working with a major financial service provider. This role is focused on delivering a past business review project on investment product sales by conducting accurate file reviews according to prescribed processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability assessments for various products including ISA, OEICs, Investment Bonds, Structured Products, and Pensions.
• Contact customers when required to conclude Suitability Assessments.
• Perform data gathering and Data Enrichment & Validation (DE&V) activities where applicable.
• Carry out redress calculations.
• Document high quality review outcomes with decision rationale as per guidance.
• Write final response letters.

Supplementary Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the process in depth.
• Incorporate business and process changes into case reviews rapidly.
• Act on feedback from quality checks and make improvements.
• Support teammates with their case reviews.

Experience and Skills

Essential: Minimum 6 months experience in Suitability Assessments, strong customer focus, excellent attention to detail, effective communication, ability to work to deadlines and independently in a remote environment.

Desirable: RQF Level 4 qualification (e.g. CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning), 2 years experience in Suitability Assessments, experience with redress calculations and handling customer contacts, particularly with vulnerable customers.

Contract Details

This is a 6-month contract role with a day rate of £260 inside IR35 starting on 10th November. IT equipment is provided.
