Role Overview
The Executive Assistant plays an integral role in supporting leaders, managing administrative tasks and facilitating client and staff activities at Deloitte.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including visa arrangements and security protocols.
- Oversee inbox management by organizing and escalating time-sensitive communications.
- Handle time and expense management as well as meeting coordination, both virtual and in-person.
- Provide end-to-end logistical support for staff and client engagements.
- Draft, edit, and distribute communications.
- Offer peer-to-peer support and engage in team collaboration.
Team Environment
Part of the Executive Support Services team within Central Business Services, you will work closely with partners and staff, leveraging firm resources and focusing on connection and continuous learning.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of executive support experience in fast-paced, customer service driven environments.
- Experience in a professional services firm is an asset.
- Client service excellence with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and adaptable to change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional fluency in French and Spanish is a plus.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, complemented by bonus eligibility and benefits including mental health support, flexible spending accounts, dedicated learning days, and a hybrid work structure.
Work Model & Location
This role follows a hybrid model with essential in-person requirements at the Toronto, ON office.
