Role Overview

Join Deloitte's AI & Engineering team as an Edge Architect Specialist Master. In this role, you will transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help clients improve financial performance and accelerate digital ventures through cutting-edge edge and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edge Design & Architecture: Define system specifications, deployment architectures, and integration patterns.
  • Edge Dimensioning & BOM: Size resources, plan capacity, and generate detailed BOMs.
  • Edge Configuration & Setup: Configure and provision edge devices in compliance with security standards.
  • Edge Management & Automation: Deploy automated workflows, monitoring, and AI/ML-driven management tools.
  • Application Deployment & Security: Orchestrate application deployments and enforce robust security controls.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Lead and mentor engineering teams while working cross-functionally.
  • Documentation & Troubleshooting: Maintain documentation and resolve technical issues.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years' experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and proven expertise in edge orchestration platforms, hardware configuration, capacity planning, and compliance with security standards. Ability to automate deployments and travel up to 50% nationwide is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, leadership, adaptability to emerging technologies, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, virtualization, and monitoring tools. Experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies is favored.

Compensation

The wage range is estimated between $151,800 and $253,000, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive program.
