Digital Employee Experience Consultant

The Challenge

Analysis and Evidence
  • Extract and analyze data from tools such as Nexthink, ServiceNow, surveys, and other sources.
  • Identify digital friction patterns and prioritize by impact.
  • Translate data into clear and actionable conclusions.
  • Prepare dashboards and executive materials for CIO and Committee.
Proposal and Design of Initiatives
  • Propose ideas and improvement projects (PCs, AI, access, connectivity, IT processes).
  • Design improvements to internal IT processes with a user focus.
  • Identify emerging technological opportunities and evaluate their applicability.
  • Convert diffuse problems into concrete initiatives with metrics.
User Experience and Direct Contact
  • Liaise with key groups; both leadership and staff.
  • Identify non-explicit needs and anticipate friction.
  • Assist in managing the network of line personnel who influence technology.
  • Collaborate to close the loop: feedback → action → communication.
Governance and Follow-up
  • Coordinate with all of IT, Workplace, Support, Infrastructure, Customer Engagement, and other areas.
  • Follow up on initiatives until their real impact is achieved.
  • Ensure that improvements are not just confined to PowerPoint.
Executive Communication
  • Build clear, concise, and decision-oriented PowerPoint presentations.
  • Develop narratives that connect real experience with IT strategy.

  • Data analysis skills (Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar).
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft corporate ecosystem.
  • Experience in preparing executive presentations.
  • High level of English.

Especially Valued:

  • Experience/Knowledge in Change Management.
  • Experience/Knowledge in technological and security regulatory compliance.
