You are an individual who possesses:
- A passion for working with and delivering innovative digital products across a spectrum of technologies.
- The capability to collaborate closely with clients and key stakeholders to discern their desires and needs, subsequently defining clear requirements for their digital products.
- Proficiency in prioritizing features on product roadmaps and backlogs based on their business value.
- A comprehensive understanding of various business analysis techniques, enabling you to identify and implement best practice methods to achieve project goals.
- The skills to lead and facilitate requirement gathering workshops and interviews involving different business units.
- The ability to comprehend and articulate user scenarios, alongside designing detailed processes across multiple channels and touchpoints through user journey mapping.
- Expertise in creating clear and unambiguous user stories and functional specifications crucial for scoping and technology implementation.
- Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional agile teams within both remote and on-site client environments during design and development sprints.
- A structured problem-solving approach and the drive to achieve project outcomes within ambiguous, fast-moving projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to clearly explain complex and technical concepts to various audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams.
- Experience working in close conjunction with CX, UX, and UI designers to understand customer requirements and craft user-focused interactions that satisfy customer needs.
- Experience collaborating closely with architects and developers to evaluate solution options, assess feasibility, estimate effort, and identify technical constraints.
- The ability to work effectively with project managers, developers, and other team members to support and unblock delivery during development sprints.
- Close collaboration skills with quality assurance teams during the build and testing phases to validate requirements and assist in the creation and execution of test cases.
