You are someone with:
- A passion for working with and delivering new digital products across a range of technologies.
- The ability to collaborate closely with clients and key stakeholders to understand their wants and needs and define precise requirements for their digital products.
- Proficiency in prioritizing features on product roadmaps and backlogs based on business value.
- A comprehensive understanding of various business analysis techniques, and the capability to identify and implement best practice methods to achieve project outcomes.
- Skills to lead and facilitate requirement gathering workshops and interviews with different business units.
- The ability to understand and define user scenarios, and to design detailed processes across different channels and touchpoints through user journey mapping.
- A knack for creating clear and unambiguous user stories and functional specifications essential for scoping and technology implementation.
- Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional agile teams in both remote and on-site client environments during design and development sprints.
- A structured approach to problem-solving and the drive to achieve project outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex and/or technical concepts to diverse audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams.
- Experience working closely with CX, UX, and UI designers to grasp customer requirements and design user-focused interactions that meet customer needs.
- Experience collaborating with architects and developers to understand solution options, feasibility, effort estimates, and technical constraints.
- The ability to work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to support and unblock delivery during development sprints.
- The ability to work closely with quality assurance during the build and testing phases to validate requirements and support the creation and execution of test cases.
