About the Role

The Cyber Oracle Cloud Security Manager at Deloitte is responsible for delivering application security for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM and business process controls implementations and assessments. You will assess, design, and implement application security, automated controls, and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions.

Work You'll Do

As a Manager in our Oracle practice, you will lead security design workshops, manage budgets and resources, and oversee end-to-end implementation projects. Your work will include:

  • Assessing and designing application security and automated controls
  • Implementing governance, risk and compliance (GRC) practices
  • Leading Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM security initiatives
  • Managing teams and multiple complex projects
  • Traveling up to 50% based on work requirements

The Team

Join Deloitte's Enterprise Security offering which embeds security within digital transformation initiatives. The team covers security architecture, secure development, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a BA/BS degree in a relevant field, 6+ years of experience with Oracle Security and GRC, leadership in end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects, and extensive team management experience. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud roles across various modules and experience in designing security frameworks is essential. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are desired.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience with Consulting or Big 4, additional Oracle and risk management certifications, and a strong grasp on Oracle ERP Cloud Security concepts.

Compensation

The wage range is estimated between $130,800 and $241,000, with additional eligibility for an annual incentive program based on performance.
