The Team

The Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering develops and transforms cyber programs according to strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. The team focuses on cyber organization design, governance, and risk assessments to maintain a proactive security posture.

Work You Will Do

As the Cyber Identity Data Protection and Encryption Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, evaluating strategic data protection and encryption requirements. You will:

  • Advise on best practices for data encryption, decryption, and secure key management.
  • Design, implement, and operate technology and process solutions to reduce data risks.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of encryption strategies across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures.
  • Manage the deployment and lifecycle of PKI systems and certificate infrastructures.
  • Guide client engagements including execution, updates, and reporting on project timelines.
  • Stay updated on emerging encryption technologies such as post-quantum cryptography and confidential computing.
  • Recommend new tools and solutions to enhance data security.

Qualifications

Required: 7+ years in data protection and information security; 4+ years managing encryption technologies; 4+ years developing data protection strategies; technical experience in data protection; Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field; Ability to travel 25-50%.

Preferred: Quantum readiness and AI protection experience; work with public cloud and modern data platforms; vendor relationship management; familiarity with networks, databases, identity services; professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

Compensation & Benefits

The wage range for this role is estimated between $144,200 and $265,600. Additional discretionary annual incentive programs may apply.
