About the Cyber Identity Data Protection and Encryption Manager Role

Our Deloitte Cyber team tackles unique cybersecurity challenges and opportunities. Join our team to deliver powerful solutions that help clients navigate and mitigate data risks while ensuring compliance and resilience.

The Team

Work within the Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering which develops cyber programs aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements and risk appetite. The team focuses on designing the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments to keep ahead of threats.

Work You'll Do

  • Advise clients on data protection and encryption requirements.
  • Design and implement technology and process solutions for data risks.
  • Manage deployment and lifecycle of PKI systems and certificates.
  • Monitor encryption technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Drive client engagements, team support, and project reporting.

Qualifications

Required: - 7+ years of professional experience in data protection and information security. - 4+ years managing encryption technologies and understanding cloud encryption concepts. - 4+ years developing data protection strategies with hands-on technical experience. - Bachelor's degree in relevant field and ability to travel 25-50%.

Preferred: Experience with quantum readiness, public cloud security, emerging data protection technologies, and vendor relationship management along with professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

Compensation & Incentives

The wage range is estimated from $144,200 to $265,600, along with potential participation in a discretionary annual incentive program.
