The Team

The Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering develops and transforms cyber programs aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. It focuses on designing cyber organizations, governance, and risk assessments.

Work You'll Do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert advising on encryption and data protection.
  • Design, implement and operate technology solutions across cloud and on-premises.
  • Manage PKI systems and certificate lifecycle processes.
  • Lead client engagements, drive project execution, and communicate updates.
  • Monitor emerging encryption technologies and recommend new data security tools.

Qualifications

Requirements include 7+ years of experience in data protection and information security and 4+ years managing encryption technologies. A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or related field is required. Ability to travel 25-50% based on client engagements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with quantum readiness and AI protection.
  • Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data platforms.
  • Familiarity with vendor management of leading encryption and data security solutions.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
