What We're Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience in cybersecurity, especially in areas like Cyber Detect & Response (SOC, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response).
• Strong technical skills in IT security (preferred: SOC Design/Build/Operate, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, etc.).
• Ability to clearly communicate technical findings and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance.
• Experience in executing cybersecurity assessments and implementing solutions in enterprise environments.
• A practical mindset with commercial awareness — understanding how cybersecurity impacts real business processes.
• Fluency in English and residency in the EU.

Nice to have:

• Holding certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, ISO 27001, or SANS is a plus.

Your Future Responsibilities

• Delivering cybersecurity projects focused on Detect & Response domains – hands-on, end-to-end involvement.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client engagements, helping them understand and apply the right cybersecurity solutions to their environments.
• Supporting the development and implementation of cybersecurity controls, frameworks, and technical improvements.
• Conducting assessments, preparing reports, and supporting technical remediation activities.
• Collaborating with international teams to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with global best practices.
• Participating in client workshops and technical discussions as a trusted technical advisor.
• Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.
