Overview
Deloitte's Consultant UI Path position in the AI & Engineering team leverages advanced automation and RPA skills to design, develop, and integrate robotic process automation solutions. This role involves full lifecycle project participation, from requirements gathering and design to coding, testing, and deployment. The position is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements aligned to industry needs
- Design, code, deploy, and support automation solutions
- Conduct team and peer reviews to ensure quality
- Engage actively in Agile practices and sprint activities
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams
- Integrate RPA tools with external applications using APIs/DLLs
- Document designs, test scenarios, and user guides
Team & Environment
The role is part of Deloitte's AI & Data team that designs and modernizes data and analytics platforms. The team focuses on innovation, automation, and improving operations for significant business impact.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years technology consulting experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in designing and developing automation solutions
- Proficiency in VB scripting and basic SQL
- Experience with RPA tools: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Workfusion
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into design
- Solid understanding of process design, coding best practices and Agile methodologies
- Experience with version control and conducting end-to-end bot testing
- Preferred skills include .NET or Java, knowledge of MS SQL/Oracle, and client-facing experience
Educational Requirements
BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university is required.
Location
This role is available in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, or Kolkata. Candidates may work at the designated location based on business needs.
