As a Consultant Tax Technology Consulting - Sirion, you will be part of Deloitte’s Legal Business Services function, navigating the growing legal transformation through a technology lens. What You’ll Do

In this role, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Tax LLP in various ways:

• Client Management: Participate in day-to-day interactions with client project teams and Deloitte leadership.
• Delivery: Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes, leveraging technology to align software with client requirements.
• Solutions: Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of tax and legal departments.
• Support: Provide training and software support related to processes, various technologies, and situational changes.
• Project Management: Assist with tasks such as creating workplans, tracking budgeted time, writing status reports, and participating in status calls.
• Cross Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte's overall mission, maintaining client relationships holistically.
• People Development: Actively participate in the development of team members.
• Business Development: Contribute to pursuit teams.

The Team

Deloitte Tax LLP’s Legal Business Services (LBS) practice assists legal departments in achieving streamlined, transparent, and efficient legal functions. We enhance core responsibilities in operations, contracting, compliance, reporting, and planning, while positioning Deloitte as a strategic business advisor for the digital era. Our multi-disciplinary team, the largest of its type, offers expertise in contract lifecycle management, legal entity management, and legal operations services. We help clients with operating model evaluation, roadmap development, data management solutions, automation opportunities, and legal operating models.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in CLM platform implementation, business process consulting, or technology advisory, with hands-on exposure to leading CLM solutions (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, SirionLabs, Conga, Agiloft).
• Trained and certified on Sirion Platform (Sirion L1, L2, L3 trained & Certified, Sirion Certified CLM Specialist), with at least 1-2 years of Sirion implementation experience for Global organizations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for contract lifecycle management or legal operations.
• Demonstrated ability to perform CLM system configuration, creating test scripts, testing, and deployment activities.
• Experience implementing and driving value from advanced AI modules, including agentic and autonomous capabilities, within major CLM platforms.
• Proven track record in facilitating client workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting setting.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week in respective office locations.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting legal teams or procurement teams with contract management.
• Experience with document extraction tools, data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, and visualization/BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView.
• Experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide or playbook creation, and the design of contracting processes.
• One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, Contract & Commercial Management (CCM) Certification Program, Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Procurement/Legal Procurement or SAS® Certified Data Scientist, Paralegal Certification with a 4-year degree.
• Technical Certifications: Six Sigma (Black Belt and Green Belt), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), The Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP), DocuSign (Workflow Manager, E-signature, CLM), Icertis, Onit Product Suite (Level 2 and above), Conga CLM, Agiloft, Sirion Labs, Kira, Thomson Reuters (Legal Tracker, High Q, or Contract Express), Wolters Kluwer Passport (Passport Legal Spend and Matter Management), Mitratech Team Connect and TAP.
