As a Consultant Future Organization, you will guide clients through these complexities, ensuring sustainable transformations. Deloitte's Future Organization team is a market leader in EMEA, advising management teams across various sectors.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be end-to-end responsible for specific objectives within project teams. As you gain experience, your responsibilities will grow, including:

• Supporting the delivery of project objectives.
• Preparing client materials for workshops and sessions, taking responsibility for quality.
• Assisting with project management activities and contributing to industry and/or market proposals.
• Organizing internal meetings and projects.

The Future Organization team focuses broadly on organizational development, with expertise in Operating Model and Organization Design, Workforce Strategies & Intelligence, and Adaptable Organization. As a Consultant Future Organization, you are encouraged to explore all areas and develop deep expertise in at least one over the coming years.

Who You Are

You are naturally curious, enjoy solving complex problems, and persevere until a solution is found. You dare to be yourself, bringing your unique strengths, perspective, and personality. As a Consultant Future Organization, you also possess:

• A relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics, or Organizational Sciences).
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting, within Operating Model and Organization Design, Workforce Strategies & Intelligence, or Adaptable Organization.
• An analytical, goal-oriented, and practical mindset.
• Excellent command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
• An affinity for one Future Organization topic, with demonstrated interest in others.

Your Team and Work Environment

You will collaborate with approximately 180 colleagues in the Organizational Transformation team, part of Deloitte Technology & Transformation. This team guides clients through large, international transformations, advising on new processes, IT systems, human aspects of mergers, organizational restructuring, and change strategies. We emphasize continuous personal development, innovation, and a hybrid work model combining office, client, and home-based work.
