Chief of Staff Growth - Audit & Assurance

We are currently looking to strengthen the Growth team with a Chief of Staff in a temporary position.
What is the challenge?
You will provide direct support to the Head of Growth for Audit & Assurance and the partners in that business area in the implementation and execution of their plans. You will analyze and report key information, using analytical tools and reports to provide workgroups with reliable and comprehensive data. Your responsibilities will include developing analyses of commercial and strategic KPIs, monitoring commercial systematics, and preparing presentations with clear and actionable conclusions.
You will contribute to internal coordination, integrating the business vision of Audit & Assurance across different industries/sectors and Firm challenges, ensuring that work dynamics are aligned with business needs, the pillars of the strategic plan, and defined action plans.
You will participate in international projects, collaborating with Deloitte Global and with teams from other Firms, to adapt global initiatives and innovations related to strategic challenges to the local market. You will collaborate closely with Sector Specialists and Chief of Staff from other areas of the Growth team.
