Role Overview

The Business Technology Analyst Consultant - Technical Application Engineering supports clients by leveraging technology for business transformation and operational excellence. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams on design, development, testing, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document technical requirements and user stories
  • Design technical solutions and prepare design documentation
  • Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL
  • Leverage AI, machine learning, and automation solutions
  • Create and manage JIRA boards and dashboards
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops
  • Support testing phases including Unit, SIT, and UAT
  • Research emerging tech trends including cloud and AI

General Duties

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
  • Support development and deployment of cloud-based applications
  • Prepare project updates, document risks and issues
  • Contribute to quality assurance and troubleshooting

AI Enablement

Utilize AI/ML tools for data analysis and automation. Knowledge in NLP and ethical AI practices is required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Preferred experience with software development and cloud platforms
