Position Summary
This is a contractor position at Deloitte requiring hybrid work with 2 days per week in the local office. In this role, you will join a collaborative agile team dedicated to enhancing communications and operational efficiency for branch teams in the banking and capital markets sector.
Work You’ll Do
As a Business Systems Analyst Contractor, you will provide services to the Deloitte Project Team. Your role includes translating business needs into actionable user stories, technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with strategic product objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for system issues and escalations.
- Analyze, refine, and document user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Liaise between Technology and Digital Product Management.
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, QA, and other associates.
- Support AI-driven solutions, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
Technology Conversations & Leadership
Engage in technical discussions including integration (APIs, microservices), cloud adoption, DevOps practices, data management, AI/ML applications, and ensuring security and compliance in financial services technology.
Qualifications
Required: 5+ years in data analytics, product management, or business analysis within banking or capital markets, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Mural, and Salesforce. Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills and experience with API, cloud, automation, and AI/ML discussions are essential.
Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus.
Work Schedule & Additional Information
The assignment pays $50-$55 per hour and requires candidates to be based in the United States and legally authorized to work there. This role is contracted through a third-party for Deloitte.
