Job Description
Position Summary
This is a contractor role for a Business Systems Analyst Contractor at Deloitte, working on a hybrid schedule (2x week local office).
Work You'll Do
You will join a collaborative agile team focused on enhancing communications and operational efficiency for branch teams within the banking and capital markets sector. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with strategic product objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for system issues and escalations.
- Analyze, refine, and document user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as liaison between Technology and Digital Product Management.
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, QA, and other teams.
- Support initiatives involving AI-driven solutions, automation, and advanced analytics.
Technology Conversations & Leadership
Drive technology discussions regarding integration (APIs, microservices), cloud adoption, DevOps practices, data management, AI/ML, and compliance within financial services.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years in data analytics, product management, or business analysis in banking or capital markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, MIS, or related field.
- Experience with custom-built, enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Expertise in facilitating technology discussions around APIs, cloud, automation, and AI/ML.
- Proficiency with Jira, Mural, and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of financial services operations and collaboration platforms.
Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus.
Additional Information
The expected pay range is $50-$55 per hour. Candidates must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work without sponsorship. Note: Deloitte is not the employer; the role is contracted through a third-party service provider.
