Position Summary
This is a contractor role for a Business Systems Analyst Contractor at Deloitte. The position is hybrid, with 2 days per week at a local Deloitte office.
Work You’ll Do
As a Business Systems Analyst Contractor, you will join a collaborative agile team serving the banking and capital markets sector. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with both strategic product objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for system issues and escalations, reporting to the Branch Efficiency Sr. Product Owner.
- Analyze, refine, and document user stories and acceptance criteria for complex business processes.
- Act as a liaison between Technology and Digital Product Management ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, QA, and other associates to deliver features meeting defined criteria.
- Support initiatives involving AI-driven solutions, automation, and advanced analytics.
Technology Conversations & Leadership
Engage in discussions around integration (APIs, microservices), cloud adoption, DevOps, data management, and compliance within financial services technology environments.
Qualifications
Required: 5+ years in data analytics, product management, or business analysis in banking or capital markets. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, MIS, or related field. Proven experience with enterprise-grade applications and strong stakeholder communication skills. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Mural, and Salesforce.
Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus.
Compensation & Additional Details
The contract rate is approximately $50-$55 per hour. Candidates must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Note: Deloitte is not the employer for this role; work is contracted through a third-party provider.
