Job Description
Position Summary
This is a contractor role where you will work hybrid (2 days a week at a local Deloitte Office) as a Business Systems Analyst Contractor. You will join a collaborative agile team dedicated to enhancing communications and operational efficiency for branch teams in the banking and capital markets sector.
Work You'll Do
You will translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications. Your role includes serving as the primary contact for system issues and escalations, analyzing and documenting user stories, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, UX designers, QA, and other associates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Refine and document complex business processes.
- Facilitate technical discussions on API, cloud, and automation.
- Support AI-driven solutions and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations.
Technology Conversations & Leadership
You will drive conversations on integration approaches (APIs, microservices), cloud adoption, DevOps practices, data management, and AI/ML usage. You will also discuss collaboration tools, workflow automation, and adhere to security and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Required: 5+ years in data analytics, product management, or business analysis in banking or capital markets; Bachelor's degree in a related field; proven experience with enterprise-grade applications; strong analytical and communication skills; experience with APIs, cloud, automation, and AI/ML; proficiency with Jira, Mural, and Salesforce; knowledge of financial services operations and compliance.
Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus.
Compensation & Eligibility
The expected pay range for this contract is $50-$55 per hour. Candidates must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work without sponsorship. Please note, Deloitte is not the direct employer for this role as it is contracted through a third-party provider.
