Deloitte Digital, a global creative digital consultancy, combines a creative agency, consultancy, and technology powerhouse. They are seeking a talented Business Product Owner to lead large-scale customer-focused tech implementations.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will manage technology-driven projects that enhance business operations. You will define business requirements for large scale technology platform implementations (CRM, Agents, ERP, Commerce, Marketing Automation) and collaborate with C-Level executives, engineering, design, and business teams.

• Analyze business trends and customers’ needs.
• Improve service delivery and drive technological advancements.
• Present findings and updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement tech solutions for business improvements.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity and accurate user classification.
• Interact with C-Level executives and various teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience managing technology-driven projects.
• Proven experience with CRM systems, Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and independent working abilities.

Job Details

This is a full time position based in Tel Aviv with a hybrid work arrangement.
