What will your typical day look like?

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate stakeholder business needs
• Collaborate with project managers and sponsors to determine scope and vision
• Conduct research to assess feasibility of solutions
• Verify requirements for completeness and consistency
• Develop standard templates for requirement specifications
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional specifications

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a product analyst role or similar
• Experience in gathering business requirements and functional specification development
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Some exposure to Salesforce is an asset

Total Rewards

Competitive salary ranging from $47,000 to $78,000, bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including mental health and flexible benefits.
