What You'll Do

As a Blockchain and Digital Asset Tax Manager, you will manage teams offering tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base including enterprise companies, labs, infrastructure companies and crypto exchanges. Responsibilities include legal entity structuring, tax analysis of token flows, transaction and revenue recognition analysis, and implementation of tax objectives.

  • Coordinate with client contacts for effective solutions
  • Mentor and supervise tax staff
  • Lead advisory meetings on tax planning opportunities

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of tax experience in areas like corporate tax, partnership tax, or international tax. Candidates must hold an active accreditation such as a CPA in the state of practice, Licensed Attorney, or Enrolled Agent. This role requires a hybrid work model with in-person presence 2-3 days a week and an average of 20% travel.
