Job Description

Position Summary

Deloitte's AI & Engineering team is seeking an AWS Infrastructure Consultant to build, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role involves mentoring junior team members, liaising with onsite/offshore teams, and delivering high quality work products on time.

Work You00Do

  • Build and operate AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Monitor performance and resolve infrastructure issues
  • Automate provisioning using CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible
  • Administer Windows and Linux environments on EC2
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and IAM management
  • Deploy and maintain Kubernetes workloads using EKS (with exposure to AKS/GKE)
  • Integrate Argo CD for GitOps deployments
  • Participate in performance testing, capacity planning, and documentation
  • Provide weekend on-call support on a rotational basis

The Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team delivers solutions spanning Hybrid Cloud, Advanced Connectivity, AI Data Centers, and High-Performance Computing. Their focus is on resilient, optimized, and automated infrastructure that supports real-time data processing.

Qualifications

  • 306 years AWS Cloud hands-on experience
  • Expertise in CloudFormation templates, Windows/Linux administration
  • Understanding of multi-tier architectures and disaster recovery
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Shell, and Python
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification
  • Knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

Good to Have

  • Experience with application/infrastructure monitoring tools
  • Exposure to virtualization platforms and tools like Chef or Puppet
  • Understanding of microservices, data lake, and machine learning concepts

Education & Location

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) or equivalent. Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune. Shift timings include 24*7 rotational support.
