We are seeking ambitious graduates with less than three years of work experience who are eager to kick-start their careers in professional services.

Work You'll Do

As an Amplify Program Technology & Transformation Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience by delivering comprehensive solutions that support our clients' transformation agendas. This role provides exposure to a variety of our key portfolio offerings, including:

• Cyber: Assist clients in adapting to evolving markets, new threats, and disruptive competition through cybersecurity assessments, penetration testing, development of robust frameworks, cloud security solutions, data protection strategies, and advanced threat intelligence.
• Engineering, AI & Data, Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions: Leverage cloud engineering, data analytics, and AI to modernize systems, implement cutting-edge technology, and drive innovation and performance. Focus on cost-effective, efficient operations by using state-of-the-art cognitive and digital solutions to reduce costs, maximize efficiency, and transform processes.
• Enterprise Technology & Performance: Help clients unlock maximum value from digital transformation investments through innovative strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems and software. This holistic approach enhances business processes and achieves operational excellence.
• Customer: Craft and implement data-driven, creative, customer-centric digital marketing strategies that capitalize on digital innovation, advertising, and a human-first vision, ensuring sustained growth for our clients.
• Human Capital: Empower organizations through HR transformation solutions, workforce optimization, and future human capital planning, helping them navigate change and build resilient, future-ready teams.

Eligibility

• Graduates with less than 3 years of full-time work experience interested in advisory and technology consulting services.
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, human resource, computer science, computer engineering, information systems and technology, or other related fields.
