What you will do:

As an AI Agent Builder, you will be instrumental in designing and developing intelligent autonomous workflows to solve complex business problems. You will work on enterprise AI projects, collaborating closely with senior architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into production-ready AI agents. Your focus will be on the strategic application of AI, selecting appropriate patterns, architectures, and frameworks, and ensuring their effective implementation. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will gain expertise in agentic AI design patterns, workflow orchestration, LLM integration strategies, and best practices for production deployment. You will be responsible for developing agents for well-defined use cases, contributing to solutions that directly impact business outcomes and achieve high user adoption.

How you will do this:

• Translate business requirements into AI workflows: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand challenges and design agentic AI solutions.
• Architect data and information flows: Determine how AI systems access and utilize data effectively.
• Define AI interaction strategies: Design user and system interactions with AI agents, including prompt engineering and feedback mechanisms.
• Implement and test AI workflows: Build and validate agents using enterprise frameworks and tools.
• Deploy agents to production environments: Ensure agents meet all production quality standards and performance requirements.
• Gather user feedback and iterate: Continuously collect feedback to refine and improve AI workflow designs.
• Learn from experienced architects: Understand how to effectively match business problems with optimal AI patterns.

Who you are:

• 0-2 years of professional or academic experience with AI/ML concepts, or a software engineering background with AI/ML self-study.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages for implementing workflows and integrations.
• A curious and analytical mindset, adept at breaking down complex business problems.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, understanding their purpose and application.
• Understanding of AI workflow concepts, including the distinction of agents from traditional AI.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering best practices: crafting concise, context-rich prompts, iterating, evaluating outputs, and applying constraints for accuracy.
• Eager to learn and experiment with new AI patterns and architectures.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and proactive knowledge sharing.
• Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Azure OpenAI or similar LLM platforms.
• Experience with API integration and data workflows.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AI Fundamentals, Prompt Engineering).
• Contributions to AI/ML communities or open-source projects.
