Agentic AI Business Analyst Consultant

About the Role

Deloitte is seeking an Agentic AI Business Analyst Consultant to join their team in Romania. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive at the intersection of business and technology, bridging business needs with modern AI capabilities. Whether your background is in economics, management, business analytics, computer science, engineering, or another technical field, your ability and motivation to connect business requirements with AI systems is key.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, automation, or consulting.
• Consultant: approximately 1–3 years of experience.
• Senior Consultant: approximately 3–5+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Lucid).
• Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, system behaviors, or workflow orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications (especially for Senior Consultants)

• Consulting experience is a strong asset (including MBB, Big4, boutique consultancies).
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, procurement systems).
• Exposure to generative AI, agentic AI, automation platforms, or orchestration technologies.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous contexts.

Your Future Role: AI-Driven Business Analysis & Design

• Participate in or lead workshops/interviews to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Map current (“as-is”) processes and design future-state (“to-be”) workflows, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and AI workflow designs.
• Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to align business objectives with AI solution capabilities.

Agentic AI Configuration

• Configure and implement Agentic AI processes using a low/no-code platform (full training provided).
• Set up AI workflows and business rules based on defined requirements.
• Adjust parameters and behavior of AI agents to match business logic.
• Support testing, validation, and iterative improvements of configured solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.

Stakeholder & Information Management

• Prepare documentation, process diagrams, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Ensure clear, structured communication across business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage information flow, alignment, and expectations within the client organization.

Implementation Support & Quality Assurance

• Support validation, testing, and readiness efforts during AI implementation.
• Contribute to change management and communication around AI-enabled process redesign.
• Ensure deliverables meet Deloitte quality standards and project methodology.

Leadership & Ownership (for Senior Consultants)

• Lead key client workshops and requirements sessions.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Support practice development, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership in AI business analysis.
