As an Agentic AI & Data Specialist Leader, you will architect and implement agentic systems integrating LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, enterprise data pipelines, and business applications. Your work will directly impact clients by enhancing financial performance, accelerating digital ventures, and enabling growth.

Work You'll Do

• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with production-grade reliability.
• Engineer core solution components including data integration and orchestration logic.
• Implement Convergence Architecture combining data, models, and workflows.
• Design enterprise-grade operations ensuring observability and cost management.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices in multi-agent collaboration.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-native designs.

Responsibilities as Specialist Leader

• Manage and deliver large, complex client engagements.
• Advise client business and technology leaders.
• Drive sales pursuits and business development.
• Lead thought leadership and internal initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members with regular feedback.

The Team

Our AI & Data practice designs, develops, and operates advanced Data and AI platforms, driving innovation and effective data strategies across industries, including life sciences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering AI/ML solutions with 2+ years in agentic AI.
• 5+ years experience in AI/ML solutions using Python.
• 2+ years developing agentic AI systems using orchestration frameworks.
• 4+ years leading complex AI Solutions engagements.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting client delivery experience.
• Experience in creating client workshop collaterals and presentations.
• Proven sales cycle and proposal leadership.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with LLM prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps, CI/CD pipelines, API design, and microservices.

Compensation

The wage range is estimated between $167,000 to $307,500 annually, along with potential annual incentives based on performance.
