In this role as Agentic AI & Data Specialist Leader, you will architect and implement end-to-end agentic systems combining LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, enterprise data pipelines, and business applications. Your work will directly impact client financial performance, digital ventures, and overall business growth.
Work You'll Do
- Architect and implement production-grade agentic systems.
- Engineer core solution components including data integration, retrieval services, and orchestration logic.
- Design and build enterprise operations with observability, cost management, and lifecycle tooling.
- Integrate emerging technologies and multi-agent collaboration frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-native designs.
Role Responsibilities
The role involves engagement management, client advising, business development, thought leadership, and people development. As a Specialist Leader, you will manage complex AI solution engagements, lead technical teams, and contribute to the firm's growth through market-leading initiatives and mentoring.
Team and Practice
Work within Deloitte's AI & Data practice that offers comprehensive solutions in Data, AI, and Analytics across various industries, including life sciences. The team is dedicated to driving measurable impact through advanced technology and data strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering AI/ML solutions with 2+ focused on Generative or Agentic AI.
- 5+ years building AI/ML solutions using Python.
- 2+ years developing agentic AI systems involving orchestration and autonomous workflows.
- Cloud expertise in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP environments.
- 4+ years in leadership of complex AI engagement deliveries.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Compensation and Benefits
Estimated salary range is between $167,000 and $307,500 with eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
