About the Role
Join our AI & Engineering team at Deloitte to transform technology platforms and make a significant impact on client success. This role involves architecting and implementing cutting-edge agentic systems that integrate LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, enterprise data pipelines, and business applications.
Work You'll Do
- Architect and implement end-to-end agentic systems with production-grade reliability.
- Engineer core solution components including data integration, retrieval services, and agent orchestration logic.
- Bring Convergence Architecture to life by unifying data, knowledge, models, and workflows.
- Design enterprise-grade operations incorporating observability, monitoring, and lifecycle tooling.
- Continuously integrate emerging technologies and develop reusable architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into AI-native solutions.
Responsibilities as a Specialist Leader
Act as a senior advisor managing and delivering large client engagements. Responsibilities include engagement management, client management, business development, thought leadership, and people development.
The Team
Work with Deloitte's AI & Data practice to design, develop, and operate sophisticated Data and AI platforms, enabling clients to drive innovation and scale effectively across industries including life sciences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering AI/ML solutions with a focus on Generative or Agentic AI.
- 5+ years using Python for AI/ML solutions.
- 2+ years building agentic AI systems with orchestration and autonomous decision-making.
- Experience with cloud services on Azure, AWS and/or GCP.
- 4+ years leading and managing complex AI engagements.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is estimated between $167,000 and $307,500 plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
