Overview

Join Deloitte's AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and make a significant impact on client success. As the Agentic AI & Data Specialist Leader, you will architect and implement agentic systems combining LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, enterprise data pipelines, and business applications.

Work You'll Do

  • Architect and implement end-to-end agentic systems with production-grade reliability.
  • Engineer core solution components including data integration, agent orchestration, and safety guardrails.
  • Bring the Convergence Architecture to life with unified data, models, and workflows.
  • Embed observability, monitoring and lifecycle tooling for sustainable AI operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into AI-native solutions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex client engagements and manage technical teams.
  • Advise client business and technology leaders while managing day-to-day interactions.
  • Participate in sales pursuits and contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership.
  • Mentor teams, participate in recruiting, and drive people development.

Technical Environment

Work with cutting-edge technologies including Python, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI Service, Cognitive Search, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI and more. Design and deploy AI/ML solutions with emphasis on Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and enterprise-grade operations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years delivering AI/ML solutions, with 2+ years in Generative/Agentic AI.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Python-based AI/ML solutions.
  • 2+ years developing agentic AI systems using technologies like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.
  • 4+ years in leading complex AI solutions engagements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Additional Information

This role comes with competitive compensation (estimated range: $167,000 - $307,500) and eligibility for an annual incentive program based on performance.
