In this role, as an Agentic AI and Data Specialist Leader, you will architect and implement end-to-end agentic systems to power enterprise-grade operations and re-engineer critical business processes.

Work You'll Do

  • Architect and implement end-to-end agentic systems combining LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise data pipelines.
  • Engineer core solution components including data integration, retrieval, and safety guardrails.
  • Bring Convergence Architecture to life by integrating models, data, and operational workflows.
  • Design for scalability, robustness, and enterprise-readiness with built-in observability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into AI-native designs.

Role and Leadership

This Specialist Leader is a senior advisor managing large, complex client engagements and driving business development through technical expertise, client management, and thought leadership. You will mentor teams, manage delivery, and contribute to the firm’s growth.

The Team

Our AI & Data practice provides advanced solutions for designing, developing, and operating integrated Data and AI platforms. We serve diverse industries, including life sciences, delivering innovative strategies and technologies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in AI/ML solutions, with 2+ focused on Generative or Agentic AI.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML development.
  • 2+ years in developing agentic systems and orchestration workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • 4+ years leading and delivering complex AI engagements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI or related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Compensation

The estimated salary range is between $167,000 and $307,500, subject to various factors including experience and qualifications. Additional performance-based incentives may apply.
