In this role as Agentic AI & Data Specialist Leader, you will work alongside talented professionals to re-imagine and re-engineer operations and processes that are critical to business success.

Work You'll Do

You will architect and implement end-to-end agentic systems that integrate LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, enterprise data pipelines, and business applications. Key responsibilities include:

• Engineering core solution components such as data integration, retrieval services, and agent orchestration logic.
• Bringing Convergence Architecture to life by merging data, knowledge, models and functional workflows.
• Designing enterprise-grade systems with observability, monitoring, cost management, and lifecycle tooling.
• Integrating emerging technologies and institutionalizing best practices into reusable architectures.
• Collaborating with diverse functional and technical stakeholders to translate business challenges into measurable AI-native solution designs.

Role Responsibilities

As a Specialist Leader, you will serve as a senior advisor to both Deloitte and its clients by:

• Managing and delivering complex client engagements and technical solutions.
• Advising executive clients with clear technical solution recommendations.
• Driving business development through sales pursuits and thought leadership initiatives.
• Mentoring and developing team members and participating in community and recruiting activities.

Technical Environment

The role leverages advanced AI/ML techniques, including generative AI, agentic systems, and multi-agent orchestration. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is critical, along with strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML engineering best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years delivering AI/ML solutions, with 2+ years focused on generative or multi-agent systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML solutions.
• Proven expertise in agent orchestration and autonomous decision-making workflows.
• 4+ years leading and delivering complex AI solution engagements.
• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Compensation & Additional Information

The salary range is estimated between $167,000 and $307,500 per year, with eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program. Deloitte values diverse talent and provides accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
