About the Role

Deloitte's Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers using innovative strategies, advanced analytics, Generative AI, transformative technologies, and creative design. As an Account Executive, CRM, you will support client marketing and communications programs with a focus on CRM. You will serve as a client-facing project manager and trusted partner to both internal teams and clients.

Work You'll Do

  • Lead discussions and manage client expectations.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable tasks.
  • Coordinate email and direct mail campaign workflows.
  • Develop thought leadership materials and project documentation.
  • Conduct quality assurance on creative and technical assets.
  • Partner with analytics and technology teams for campaign insights and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include: 3+ years in CRM campaign management or related fields, 2+ years experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe), agile project experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel up to 50% is required. Preferred experience includes working with financial services or regulated industries.
