Role: Accessibility Spezialist - Inclusive Design & Digital Accessibility
In the Consulting – Experience Design & Digital Products team, you will bring innovative and creative ideas to life. You will design and develop digital products with state-of-the-art technologies and a strong focus on user experience.
Your Impact
- Integrate accessibility from the beginning of design and development processes.
- Develop guidelines, checklists and QA processes for sustainable accessibility standards.
- Advise clients and internal teams on legal requirements (WCAG 2.2, EN 301 549, BITV 2.0).
- Perform manual and automated accessibility tests using screen readers and related tools.
- Collaborate with UX, UI, and development teams in agile international projects.
Your Skillset
- Minimum five years of experience in Digital Accessibility, Inclusive Design, or UX.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1/2.2, EN 301 549, BITV 2.0, and EAA.
- Experience in accessibility audits, screenreader testing, keyboard navigation and automated testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Stark, Lighthouse).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, ARIA, and accessible front-end implementation.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, Mural, Confluence, Jira.
- Strong presentation skills, structured work approach, team orientation and flexibility.
- Fluent in German and English.
