What You’ll Achieve

As a Senior Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to customers by building in-depth knowledge of their priorities and initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. You will also identify sales and growth opportunities by partnering closely with key stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical solution teams to meet contract obligations.
• Proactively identify potential issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Foster effective communications across cross-functional teams.
• Develop strategic account growth plans with Sales and Global Services SMEs.
• Manage high priority escalations and service matters.

Essential Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of related experience as a Service Delivery Engineer.
• Strong history of executing and completing complex projects.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Proven analytical, problem solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated success in growing accounts strategically.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Additional language skills.
