What You’ll Achieve
As a Senior Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to customers by building in-depth knowledge of their priorities and initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. You will also identify sales and growth opportunities by partnering closely with key stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical solution teams to meet contract obligations.
- Proactively identify potential issues and drive timely resolutions.
- Foster effective communications across cross-functional teams.
- Develop strategic account growth plans with Sales and Global Services SMEs.
- Manage high priority escalations and service matters.
Essential Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of related experience as a Service Delivery Engineer.
- Strong history of executing and completing complex projects.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Proven analytical, problem solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in growing accounts strategically.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Additional language skills.
