Role Overview

As the Senior Technical Product Manager - Item Navigation, you will lead the development of Tier 1 technical systems that drive navigation across our Quick Commerce platforms. This role is essential in ensuring seamless customer experiences by improving category browsing, structured navigation, and item discoverability.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for navigation systems.
  • Own metrics and performance monitoring to optimize navigation usability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams for scalable technical solutions.
  • Engage in technical design discussions and define technical requirements.
  • Implement and monitor systems for A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.
  • Ensure robust API design and integration with global platforms.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management with a focus on technical data products.
  • Strong experience with large datasets, A/B testing, and distributed systems.
  • Technical fluency in data pipelines, API design, and system architecture.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
