Job Description
The Operations Associate - Quick Commerce will join our team in Greece to ensure operational success and partner satisfaction. You will be the face of our company on the field, travelling to partner sites to train, troubleshoot, and build strong relationships. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, a customer-centric mindset, and excellent relationship management skills.
- Onboard and train partners on technology, procedures and policies.
- Act as the main contact for troubleshooting in collaboration with Tech Support and Customer Service.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and store managers.
- Identify and report performance challenges and propose operational solutions.
- Track partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct root cause analysis for day-to-day operational issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Operations, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
