Role Overview

The Engineer II, Golang will join the AI Autopilot team in Logistics, focusing on high-impact challenges to improve last-mile delivery and automate customer support through advanced AI technologies. Your efforts will enhance experiences for riders, end customers, merchants, and support agents.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve AI and logistics challenges.
• Integrate with third-party AI solutions and self-hosted systems.
• Monitor, optimize performance and maintain high-traffic services.
• Participate in code reviews and follow modern development methodologies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Golang experience along with at least one LLM-based project to showcase. A problem-solving mindset, user-centric approach, and the ability to work independently and in teams are essential.

• Strong programming skills in Golang
• LLM project experience
• Experience in Python and microservices architecture (nice to have)
• Cloud architecture experience (AWS, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
