Role Overview
The Engineer II, Golang will join the AI Autopilot team in Logistics, focusing on high-impact challenges to improve last-mile delivery and automate customer support through advanced AI technologies. Your efforts will enhance experiences for riders, end customers, merchants, and support agents.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve AI and logistics challenges.
- Integrate with third-party AI solutions and self-hosted systems.
- Monitor, optimize performance and maintain high-traffic services.
- Participate in code reviews and follow modern development methodologies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Golang experience along with at least one LLM-based project to showcase. A problem-solving mindset, user-centric approach, and the ability to work independently and in teams are essential.
- Strong programming skills in Golang
- LLM project experience
- Experience in Python and microservices architecture (nice to have)
- Cloud architecture experience (AWS, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
