Your Impact as Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you will be the central point of contact for a portfolio of customers, owning the post-sales relationship to ensure they gain maximum ongoing value from our platform. Your expertise in relationship building, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking will drive customer retention and revenue growth through key expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Growth & Retention: Manage lifecycle of contract renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Strategic Account Management: Build deep, long-term partnerships through QBRs and tailored engagement.
- Customer & Internal Advocacy: Act as the customer contact; collaborate with Product, Legal, and Finance.
- Project Leadership: Lead strategic customer projects and manage mid-level escalations.
- Resource & Decision Management: Own your book of business, segmenting and prioritizing customers.
What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or a commercial-focused role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven track record managing and growing a book of business in B2B SaaS & Food Tech.
- Expertise in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Good understanding of SaaS business models and API integrations.
Nice to Have
Proficiency in German or another European language and demonstrable project management skills.
