- User Provisioning: Configure automated workflows to ensure new staff accounts added to Google are automatically created in the Microsoft environment.
- Onboarding Support: Provide technical assistance for new remote team members, guaranteeing immediate access to all required tools.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the main point of contact for any authentication or access issues arising within the Google/Microsoft integration.
Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Strong practical experience with Google Workspace Admin Console and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with SAML 2.0, SCIM, and various SSO protocols.
- Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to independently research and implement effective workarounds for cross-platform integration challenges.
- Communication: Comfortable and effective in explaining complex technical steps to non-technical staff in a remote work setting.
Work Environment
Our team at Deliverance Charities fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. We leverage tools like Google Gmail, Chat, and Space to maintain strong connections and ensure efficient teamwork across our remote operations.
Schedule
- Self-determined schedule, with weekends often preferred.
- A commitment of at least 5 hours per week is required, with additional hours greatly appreciated.
- Monthly updates and check-ins are submitted via email or chat.
