Overview

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring Seasonal Servers to join our team at Rowlands Bar and Grill in New York, New York. Represent our restaurant with exceptional service and create lasting impressions for every guest.

Position Details

This is a tipped position with a starting hourly pay of $11.00 (excluding potential tipped earnings). The season runs from October through December until January 1st.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests, present menus, and communicate specials.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly while adhering to policies.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff for smooth operations.
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties.

Requirements

Experience in cash handling and credit card processing is required. Previous server experience in a high-volume environment and familiarity with a point-of-sale system are beneficial. No high school diploma or GED is required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 35 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for long periods, including stairs. Good visual and auditory capabilities are necessary.
