Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a seasonal Porter to join our team at Rowland's Bar and Grill in New York, New York. In this role, you will support the kitchen and food service areas by ensuring exceptional cleanliness and health standards. You will be involved in dish washing, sanitizing, and maintaining organized work areas.

What You Will Do

• Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment by hand or with a dishwasher.
• Maintain sanitizer levels on dish machines and sinks to meet health standards.
• Store cleaned items and keep kitchen storage organized.
• Clean work areas including floors, walls, and equipment.
• Remove and sanitize trash and garbage cans.
