Seasonal Host at Delaware North
Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a Seasonal Host to join our team at Rowland's Bar and Grill in New York, New York. This is a tipped position where the hourly minimum pay is $18.00, exclusive of any additional tipped earnings.
Job Duration
The position is seasonal: from October through December, until January 1st.

Responsibilities
- Review floor plan and reservation book daily.
- Create seating charts and seat guests.
- Maintain control of wait times.
- Inspect dining and serving areas for cleanliness and setup.
- Interact with guests ensuring satisfaction and addressing complaints.
- Answer phone calls during operational hours.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Prior guest service experience preferred.
- High energy level in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to remain on feet for entire shift.
- Ability to maneuver around tables and lift up to 35 pounds.
